DSH Systems produces polyethylene rotational moulded hoppers to cover most applications, steel and 304 stainless steel hoppers for warm or abrasive products and 316 stainless steel hoppers for food grade situations. 

The standard model requires no utilities and has no internal moving parts.

The PFC model (Positional Feed Control) has a computerised discharge rate control system for products with different specific gravities; thus allowing the load-out of various materials on the same conveyor system.

The following load out rates are GUIDELINES ONLY.  We supply a dust suppression system that is specific to a customers site and product.  Please check with your supplier before ordering.

Steel and Stainless Steel:
DSH Demo - up to  60 tonne/hr
DSH Mini   - up to 100 tonne/hr

Polyethylene, steel and stainless steel:
DSH 1        - 40 to 150 tonne/hr
DSH 2        100 to 450 tonne/hr
DSH 3        450 to 800 tonne/hr

The above 3 models can be configured to PFC system.

As clients demand unique solutions, we endeavour to develop the hoppers for transferring specific products.  Our hoppers are successfully used with fertilisers, stock foods, (meals and pellets), wheat, barley, sugars, some limes, salt,
